Staging Mover Ambiance Design and Staging - 2.0 Pleasanton, CA Job Details Part-time $20 - $25 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications English CDL Driver's License Full Job Description Staging Mover (Part-Time) We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to assist with furniture deliveries, staging installations, and pickups throughout the Bay Area. This is a hands-on role that involves moving furniture, driving company trucks, setting up staged homes, and helping keep our warehouse organized. Responsibilities Drive company box trucks and staging vehicles to and from job sites Load and unload furniture, artwork, rugs, and staging inventory Deliver and place furniture in assigned rooms according to staging plans Assist with staging installations and pickups Move furniture up and down stairs and between multiple levels of homes during staging installations and pickups Hang artwork, mirrors, and wall decor Perform basic patchwork and minor handyman tasks as needed Safely move and position furniture within homes Organize and return furniture, artwork, and inventory to proper warehouse locations after pickups Return furniture, artwork, and inventory to designated warehouse locations, including upper storage shelves Help maintain a clean, organized warehouse Assist with preparing furniture and inventory for upcoming staging projects Follow staging layouts and directions from the design team Be available to work on scheduled staging and pickup dates Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving medium-sized box trucks Ability to safely lift, carry, and move heavy furniture Ability to move furniture up and down multiple levels of a home, including stairs Ability to safely lift and place furniture, artwork, and inventory on upper warehouse shelving Home staging, furniture moving, warehouse, or related experience preferred An eye for design and furniture placement is a plus Ability to follow staging layouts and understand how furniture placement impacts the overall look of a space Ability to hang artwork and perform basic patching and minor handyman tasks Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and care when handling furniture and inventory Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation upon hire About the Role This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in helping create beautifully staged homes. You'll play an important role in bringing staging designs to life while working with one of the Bay Area's leading home staging teams.
