Tint and PPF are the priority for this role. We are looking for someone who is confident in Tint paint protection film installation and can produce clean, professional results with advanced techniques and wrapped edges. We are a premium vehicle protection and restyling shop focused on quality, customer experience, and craftsmanship. This is not a high-volume hack shop. We want someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to details, and wants to grow with a serious brand. If you are open to detailing we can guarantee full-time work.
Responsibilities:
Install paint protection film on a variety of vehicles Handle prep, install, trimming, edge work, and finishing with care Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Communicate clearly about material needs, job timelines, and any issues Deliver work that meets a high-quality standard Assist with tint or vinyl work if experienced in those areas
Qualifications:
5+ Experience installing films is required Ability to install cleanly and efficiently without sacrificing quality Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Experience with window tint or vinyl wrap is strongly preferred Experience working on high-end, luxury, exotic, or newer vehicles is a plus
