South Denver Position Description:

The primary function of the Cleaning Technician is to perform a variety of cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance duties.

These include:

Follow all safety regulations Perform job duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, present company policy and state and federal regulations governing employment. Adhere to all safety practices and follow all company safety procedures. Maintain safe and clean work area by following good housekeeping practices. Take proper care of equipment, supplies, and supplies. Document in safe environment log books as required. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The primary qualification for this position is the following: Must have drivers license and a vehicle Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Ability to work a flexible schedule, based on the needs of the business; Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Additional Qualifications:

The following qualifications are required for performance of this position: Previous experience in office cleaning environment preferred.
