•5:30 PM (possible overtime on Fridays and extended hours during installation phase, including some night work) About the Role We're looking for Bilingual Seasonal Shop Assistant to support our Christmas Ornament Assembly and General Shop Teams in building large-scale custom holiday displays. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced shop environment where you'll perform Christmas Ornament assembly, wrapping, packing and general shop support, basic tool use. No advanced carpentry skills are required—just a willingness to learn, work hard, and be dependable. Key Responsibilities Perform hand assembly with basic tools for ornament assembly on display components. Assist carpentry and weld shop staff with general tasks. Safely operate basic shop tools s (training provided). Help with shop organization, material handling, and cleanup. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. (Optional, if extended to installation phase) Assist with on-site assembly/installation of holiday displays, which may include night work. (Optional, if qualified) Drive a 26' box truck to transport materials/displays. Qualifications Familiarity with hand tools; willing to learn basic power tool operation. Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment. Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time. Valid driver's license preferred; ability to operate a 26' box truck is a plus. Comfortable working in a carpentry and welding shop environment (dust, noise, and varying conditions). Must wear safety glasses and other required PPE. Flexible to work extended hours during peak installation season.
