This position is responsible for inspecting, unpacking, assembling, preparing, and documenting furniture before it is delivered to customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and understands the importance of quality control. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that every piece of furniture meets company standards before leaving the warehouse. Responsibilities Inspect all furniture for defects, damage, missing parts, and manufacturing issues Unpack and prepare furniture for delivery Assemble furniture as required Document and photograph any damage or defects Complete all required paperwork and electronic documentation accurately Ensure all furniture is properly cleaned, prepared, and staged for delivery Report quality concerns to management promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Follow all company safety procedures and operating standards Qualifications Previous furniture, warehouse, assembly, or delivery experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to identify cosmetic and structural defects Ability to use basic hand and power tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move furniture weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods Ability to safely use hand and power tools Schedule Full time Monday through Friday Overtime opportunities may be available Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid training Supportive team environment If you are someone who values craftsmanship, pays attention to the smallest details, and takes pride in delivering quality work, we encourage you to apply.
