Our installers are the face of every project once it leaves the warehouse — delivering, assembling, and placing furniture and decor so each space is camera- and client-ready. The White Glove Installer delivers, assembles, and installs furniture, decor, and staging materials at client homes and project sites with a high level of care and professionalism, following design plans closely so every install reflects REH Interiors' quality standard. Responsibilities Deliver, unpack, assemble, and install furniture, decor, and staging materials at client homes and project sites Follow design plans and placement instructions precisely to achieve the intended look Handle and transport furniture and decor with care to prevent damage, especially higher-value pieces Perform uninstalls — carefully packing, protecting, and returning items to inventory Load and unload company vehicles, securing items properly for transport Conduct pre- and post-install quality checks, noting any damage or issues Represent REH Interiors professionally while working inside client homes Coordinate with the design and warehouse teams to confirm inventory, timing, and job details Help keep company vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and in safe working condition Follow all safety, timekeeping, and on-site conduct policies Qualifications Prior experience in furniture delivery, installation, moving, or a related hands-on trade preferred Able to regularly lift and carry up to 75 lbs, and heavier items with a team lift Comfortable assembling furniture using hand and power tools Valid driver's license required, with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean, careful finished result Professional, customer-facing demeanor when working in clients' homes Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a small team

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 55.0 per week
