Job Description

About the Role We are a premium millwork company looking for a reliable, motivated Entry-Level Shop Helper / Runner to join our team. This is a dynamic, dual-purpose role designed for someone eager to get their foot in the door and grow within the custom millwork industry. Initially, your primary responsibility will be serving as our go-to driver/runner—delivering materials, picking up supplies, and running errands between job sites and vendors. When you are not on the road, you will work hands-on in our shop, assisting the team and learning woodworking and millwork trade skills from experienced craftsmen. Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver materials, tools, and supplies safely and punctually. Maintain clear communication with the shop manager regarding delivery schedules. Assist in keeping the delivery vehicle clean and properly maintained. Help in the workshop with general shop duties, material handling, and clean-up during downtime. Learn basic millwork skills, tool operation, and assembly under the guidance of senior staff. Requirements
Bilingual:
Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills, punctuality, and attention to detail. High level of reliability, honesty, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Willingness to learn woodworking/millwork techniques and take on new shop duties over time. Ability to lift heavy materials (wood panels, hardware, tools) safely.
Pay:
