We are currently seeking an experienced Wood Furniture Builder / Technician who is ready to start ASAP. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with furniture assembly, wood repair, painting, and general craftsmanship. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assemble, deluxe, repair, and prepare furniture for delivery. Perform wood and furniture repairs in the shop as needed. Inspect 100% of furniture and upholstery following established furniture inspection procedures. Identify defects, damages, or quality concerns and complete necessary repairs. Perform touch-ups, painting, wood repair, and other craftsmanship-related work. Stage completed furniture prior to delivery when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop area daily. Properly use tools and equipment required for furniture assembly and repair. Assist with additional duties as needed to support the team. Requirements Minimum 2 years of previous furniture assembly or furniture repair experience. Experience with wood assembly, wood repair, painting, touch-ups, and/or similar craftsmanship. Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more on a continuous basis. Comfortable performing physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving furniture. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent attendance and reliability. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Availability to work a full-time schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must successfully complete required background screening. Compensation Starting at $17.00/hour or more, depending on experience.
