Full Job Description Join Our Team:
Hands-On Technicians Wanted Are you excited to work with your hands and take on a variety of tasks each day? We're looking for motivated individuals whether you're experienced in construction/labor or just starting out, to join our team in sign assembly, production, and field installations.
What We Offer:

Competitive pay:
$20.00-$21.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
In-House Production & Assembly Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or schematics for sign production. Measure, cut, and assemble materials such as aluminum, vinyl, plastic, and wood. Operate fabrication tools and machinery (e.g., saws, drills, augers, printers, and laminators). Apply graphics, lettering, and laminates to sign substrates. Inspect finished signs to ensure quality standards are met. Package, label, and prepare signs for transport to job sites. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop. Track and report when materials or supplies need replenishing. Field Installation Load signs and materials into vehicles according to route assignments. Install and remove signs in designated areas using maps or digital instructions. Ensure all signs are properly positioned, secured, and visible. Perform minor field repairs as needed and report damaged or missing signs. Maintain accurate counts of signs deployed and retrieved using company tools. Safely operate company vehicles while following all driving and safety policies. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads regarding progress or issues.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Comfortable using hand tools and light equipment. Holds a valid Driver's License and auto insurance (required). Able to work outdoors, including from ladders up to 15 ft. Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs frequently. Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented. Professional, positive, and a problem-solver. Previous sign industry experience is a plus, but not required!
