Repair Technicians serve the critical function of satisfying repair, touch up and punch work for our customers. They are also expected to report non-compliant installation practices to Atlanta Flooring's Installation department for training opportunities and back charges. This position is a field-based position that does require local travel (no overnight travel). This role works with mobile technology such as a company-owned iPad and iPhone for reporting and communication purposes. Other required duties may be assigned. Candidates for this position must have previous experience in cabinet repairs. He or she must have strong interpersonal skills and a talent for working with variety of personalities. Good written communication skills, time management, professional speech, and behavior are all required for this position. Verbal fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred but is not required. The candidate must have reliable transportation, as Flooring Repair Technicians are required to drive their own vehicle for work. A vehicle allowance as well as a fuel card will be included with the compensation package.
