Job Description
- Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Stager to enhance the appearance of properties for sale. The Stager will be responsible for arranging furniture, decor, and other items to showcase the property in the best possible light and attract potential buyers.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Stager or in a similar role Knowledge of interior design principles and current trends Strong creativity and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with homeowners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to understand their vision for the property Select and arrange furniture, decor, and accessories to create appealing and inviting spaces Identify areas for improvement in the property's appearance and make recommendations for enhancements Maintain an inventory of staging items and ensure they are well-maintained and updated Stay informed about current design trends and incorporate them into staging projects •
Additional Requirements:
- A portfolio of previous staging projects may be required for review Certification in home staging or interior design is a plus Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
