Job Description

This position is up to 40 hours a week onsite (M-F). At this time, Wayfair will not sponsor applicants for this position for the following work visas:
F1-OPT, STEM OPT
EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN. On Camera Product Influencer As a Product Influencer / On Camera Talent at Wayfair, you will ensure the quality and value of furniture products, playing a critical role in maintaining high standards for Wayfair Exclusive and Specialty Brands. This position involves confirming product details and creating engaging product videos to showcase the items effectively. Your expertise in home furnishings, attention to detail, and comfort on camera will be essential for success in this role.
  • Collaborate with the creative and video production teams to produce videos that showcase the features and benefits of selected furniture items.
  • Utilize your understanding of furniture design principles to evaluate and recommend improvements.
  • Read from a teleprompter and comfortably present on camera, while also providing ad lib script options that feel natural and add value when applicable.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including suppliers, warehouse teams, and merchants to ensure product accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks to ensure consistency and reliable data collection.
  • Meet or exceed our daily/weekly target for the number of products audited and videos produced. Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in home furnishings, furniture design, or working within a furniture retailer.
  • Comfortable on camera and able to read from a teleprompter.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of furniture design principles.
  • Comfortable with doing an on-camera walkthrough with our production team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

  • Self-starter with a genuine passion for furniture and home decor.
  • Natural, engaging presence on camera.
  • Passion for connecting with diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to represent the brand's personality through on-screen presence.
