Job Description
About the Role Linden Creek is seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Home Stylist to join our growing staging team. This role is ideal for someone who has an eye for design, enjoys physically transforming spaces, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Home Stylist, you'll work alongside our team to stage vacant homes throughout the Charlotte and Lake Norman areas, helping listings stand out and sell faster. Every day is different, and every home is an opportunity to create a beautiful first impression. Responsibilities Style and stage vacant homes using Linden Creek furniture, artwork, and décor. Execute design plans that highlight each home's best features and appeal to today's buyers. Load, unload, place, and arrange furniture and accessories during installations and removals. Assist with artwork placement, bedding, accessories, and finishing touches. Maintain the quality and condition of staging inventory. Organize and restock warehouse inventory between projects. Work efficiently with the staging team to meet project deadlines. Ensure every staged home meets Linden Creek's high design standards. Drive between staging locations throughout the Charlotte and Lake Norman market. Occasionally assist with inventory management, warehouse organization, and furniture preparation. Qualifications Strong eye for interior design, styling, and attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Comfortable lifting, carrying, and moving furniture (50+ lbs with team assistance). Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to maintain professionalism while working in luxury homes and occupied communities. Previous experience in home staging, interior design, visual merchandising, or furniture retail is preferred but not required.
