Installer Pay:

$25-$40/hour, depending on experience, quality, and productivity. Job Overview Bailey's Automotive Services is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has experience installing paint protection film on vehicles, enjoys working with their hands, and has a strong attention to detail. If you have experience with XPEL, SunTek, STEK, 3M, or another premium PPF product, we'd love to talk with you. What We're Looking For Minimum 1-2 years of PPF installation experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Experience with bulk installs and/or plotter-cut patterns Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and efficiently Ability to troubleshoot installation issues Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Self-motivated, dependable, and honest Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Job Duties Include (but are not limited to) Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) on vehicles Install PPF on hoods, bumpers, fenders, mirrors, rocker panels, doors, and full vehicle wraps Prepare vehicle surfaces for installation Perform edge wrapping and precision trimming when necessary Remove and reinstall trim components as needed Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Bailey's quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with team members and management Properly care for customer vehicles Perform additional duties assigned by management Physical Requirements Able to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 45 pounds Manual dexterity for precision installation work Why Join Bailey's?
