• $22.00 per hour Temp to Perm 7:30 AM
• 5:00 PM Industry installation, maintenance & repair (Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Occupations) Reference number S_177825 Spherion Staffing has positions available in the Fargo area to install office furniture into customer worksites.

This position requires loading/unloading furniture into trucks and assembling product on site.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely completion of the work with a high level of workmanship and a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Review project with lead installer and /or project manager, understand scope of work and plan for completing project
• Load and unload product from delivery trucks and product from trailers shipped directly to clients
• Properly and safely assemble furniture per plan
• Perform site cleanup, remove all cartons and packaging, and ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction with the finished appearance of the site
• Maintain a positive and cooperative can do attitude especially during problem resolution and difficult situations
• Communicate with customers to inform, build trust and confidence, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience Working hours: 7:30 AM

• Valid state-issued driver?s license and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Extensive experience with basic hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and understand floorplans, schematics, and blueprints.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service profile.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment at all levels.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs occasionally and push/pull 100+ lbs with assistance.
• Physical stamina for twisting, stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing stairs.
