In this energetic role, you will be responsible for setting up, installing, and dismantling engaging trade show displays that captivate audiences and elevate brand presence. Your expertise will ensure each exhibit is visually stunning, structurally sound, and aligned with client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where creativity, organization, and technical skills come together to produce impactful marketing experiences. Whether working independently or collaborating with a team, your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our clients' promotional events. Duties Assemble and install trade show displays using schematics, technical diagrams, and visual design plans with precision and efficiency Operate material handling equipment safely for heavy lifting and transportation of display components Use ladders and standard passenger cars to access high or hard-to-reach areas during setup and teardown Ensure all displays adhere to branding guidelines, planogram implementation standards, and safety protocols Manage inventory control by tracking display materials, tools, and accessories before, during, and after installations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on progress, and address any concerns promptly Maintain a clean and organized workspace during setup and dismantling to promote safety and efficiency Provide training and development support to new team members on installation procedures and safety standards Travel Travel is a required part of this position and will vary depending on our trade show schedule. Some assignments will involve local, same-day travel to convention centers and event venues. Other assignments may require out-of-state travel for several days at a time , including overnight stays. Candidates must have the flexibility and availability to travel when required based on scheduled projects. Skills Supervising experience in a retail or event setup environment is highly desirable Strong understanding of schematics, planograms, merchandising principles, and visual merchandising techniques Skilled in manual handling equipment operation including ladders, dollies, carts, and other tools for heavy lifting Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Clear communication skills for client interaction, team coordination, and reporting purposes Basic math skills for measurements, pricing adjustments, inventory management, and POS transactions Customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction during installation projects Experience with mobile devices for documentation, communication, and project updates Leadership qualities to supervise team members during large-scale setups or complex installations Join us as a Tradeshow Display Installer where your craftsmanship transforms ideas into eye-catching displays that leave lasting impressions!
