Yoder Graphic Systems - Wadsworth, Ohio Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Yoder Graphic Systems is looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to join our team as a Vehicle Wrap Installer Trainee . This is an entry-level position designed for someone interested in learning the vehicle graphics and wrap installation trade. Previous vehicle wrap experience is not required. You will work alongside our experienced installers while learning proper vehicle preparation, vinyl removal, disassembly and reassembly, finishing techniques, and eventually vehicle wrap and decal installation. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, is mechanically inclined, and wants to develop a skilled trade. Primary Responsibilities Remove existing vehicle wraps, vinyl graphics, decals, and adhesive residue. Wash and prepare vehicles for wrap installation. Use appropriate cleaners and chemicals to remove road grime, tar, tree sap, wax, grease, and old adhesive. Move a variety of customer vehicles between the wash, prep, and installation areas. Remove vehicle badges, emblems, mirrors, door handles, trim, lights, and other hardware as necessary for installation. Assist installers with vehicle wrap and graphic installation. Post-heat completed graphics and apply edge-seal tape as instructed by the lead installer. Properly reinstall badges, mirrors, handles, trim, and other removed hardware. Perform final vehicle wipe-downs using isopropyl alcohol and inspect completed work before final inspection by the lead installer. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Assist other departments as needed, including vinyl weeding, graphic preparation, basic print-production tasks, inventory, and receiving deliveries. Ability to follow instructions and established processes. Ability to accurately use a tape measure. Comfortable working on ladders and around larger commercial vehicles. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and comfortable moving customer vehicles of various sizes. Willingness to work occasional overtime when required. Pay:

$18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience and mechanical aptitude, with opportunities for increases as installation skills are developed.
