Location:

Broken Arrow, OK 74011 We are looking for a dependable and detail‑oriented Make Ready Technician to join our property management team. This role is responsible for preparing vacant units for new residents and ensuring all apartments meet our quality and cleanliness standards before move‑in. Responsibilities Complete all make‑ready tasks including painting, cleaning, minor repairs, and touch‑ups Inspect units and identify items needing repair or replacement Perform basic maintenance such as drywall patching, caulking, fixture replacement, and appliance checks Ensure all units are move‑in ready within required timelines Assist with cleaning common areas and maintaining overall property appearance Communicate supply needs and unit status to the Maintenance Supervisor Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Requirements Previous make‑ready, porter, or maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of general repairs, painting, and cleaning techniques Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently Valid driver's license preferred Benefits Through BG Staffing Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws Referral bonus opportunities About BG Staffing BG Staffing is a nationwide staffing firm specializing in the property management and multifamily industry.
