Furniture Repair Technician WTFR Dallas, TX Job Details Full-time | Contract From $30 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Photography Customer communication Route driving Power drills Fastening tools Driver's License Ability to follow instructions Power tools Full Job Description West Texas Furniture Repair is expanding into the Dallas/Fort Worth market and is looking for reliable furniture repair technicians for high-volume warranty and retail repair work. This is 1099 independent contractor work with strong earning potential for the right technician. We are looking for someone dependable, professional with customers, and able to complete routes efficiently.
Work includes:
- Furniture inspections
- Recliner mechanism repairs
- Pull handle replacements
- Frame repairs
- Seat deck/spring repairs
- Upholstery/seat casing inspections
- Taking clear photos of damage, tags, and completed repairs
- Submitting job notes and communicating professionally
Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Basic tool set
- Drill/impact driver
- Socket set with extensions
- Bits and common hand tools
- Ability to take clear photos and follow instructions
- Professional communication with customers
- Must be dependable and able to complete assigned routes
