In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for restoring and refurbishing a variety of furniture items, ensuring they meet high-quality standards. Whether working on upholstery, woodwork, or repairs, your expertise will help deliver exceptional results that delight customers and uphold our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Inspect furniture for damage, defects, or needed repairs. Perform comprehensive furniture repairs, including reupholstering, woodwork restoration, and structural fixes. Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and other equipment to execute repairs efficiently and accurately. Handle heavy lifting safely during the transportation and repositioning of furniture items. Perform repairs on wood, upholstery, frames, drawers, doors, hardware, and other furniture components. Repair scratches, dents, cracks, loose parts, and other cosmetic or structural issues. Assemble, disassemble, and adjust furniture as needed. Touch up and refinish furniture when necessary. Work closely with the warehouse and delivery teams to complete repairs efficiently. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout all repair stages to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Requirements Prior experience working with repairs on upholstery materials or furniture manufacturing is required. Bilingual (Engish/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
