Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage small to medium -scale projects with minimal supervision; working towards larger projects as experience is gained. Lead sub-contractors by assigning duties and keeping crew on task to keep project momentum moving towards completion. Participates in project site walkthroughs and provide guidance on installation. Load and unload office furniture and related materials on and off trucks, ensuring that appropriate padding and ropes are used to prevent damage. Assemble, disassemble, deliver and service all types of brands of office furniture. Perform site cleanup maintaining a clean and organized job site. Coordinate with clients' building managers when required on site to ensure all requirements are followed by installation crew(s). Operate mechanical lifts gates and other platforms to facilitate loading and unloading of furniture. Complete installation labor contract billing and submittal Report all punch items and project concerns to Project Managers and/or Director of Project Operations as soon as identified. Obtain contract labor PO numbers from sub-contract labor crews. Perform quality control checks, when necessary, prior to project installation. Attend out-of-town installations with occasional extended hours and overnight travel stay.
Safety:
Verify that all operations, work in progress and all completed work complies with all applicable codes, safety regulations, drawings, specifications and all corporate policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of audiences. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Team-oriented and willing to learn. Experience in furniture assembly required Skill in the use of computer, specifically in a PC, Windows-based operating environment a plus

Monday - Friday / 7am - 4pm Overtime opportunities Hours vary by project; early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends may be required Candidates must be flexible and available to work a wide range of hours .
