Role:

We're looking for a passionate, results-driven Sales and Design Associate to join our team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury retail setting and has a natural talent for connecting with clients, designing spaces and driving sales. The position also requires side work such as cleaning, restocking, checking in and inspecting new merchandise, and store resets. What We're Looking For Experience doing interior design for clients in a retail setting or with a design studio, ideally with a book of business Experience in high-end furniture and luxury retail sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of luxury furniture brands, styles, and materials A polished, professional demeanor with a friendly, outgoing attitude Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships Enthusiasm for design and interiors Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and able to lift up to 40 lbs Open availability especially weekends Familiarity with Slack, shopify, gusto and google suite platforms is a helpful What We Offer Flexibility to continue your own design work on the side Commission on furniture sales Sales Rx retail training Current, relevant design software and tech hardware Clienteling platform and training Beautiful environment and positive work atmosphere Employee discount + additional discount on your work anniversary Free coffee and tea during shifts Birthday gift each year All major holidays off (New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day) Flexible scheduling (4 to 8 hour shifts available)
