In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient installation, assembly, and setup of office furniture and fixtures across various client sites. Your expertise will ensure that all installations meet quality standards, safety protocols, and client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects sometimes in locations that most people will not be able to go to and contribute to creating functional and aesthetically pleasing office environments. Willingness to travel across the country at the expense of the company. Responsibilities Read and interpret technical drawings to accurately execute furniture installations. Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble desks, cubicles, filing cabinets, conference tables, and other office furnishings. Install fixtures such as shelving units, partitions, and hardware with precision. Ensure proper safety protocols related to power tool safety and heavy lifting. Collaborate with project managers and clients to confirm installation specifications and resolve any onsite issues promptly. Maintain a clean work environment during and after installation while adhering to safety standards in construction site experience. Able to drive a forklift and box trucks. Able to work well with others and have a teachable spirit. Requirements Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for installation equipment. Strong understanding of interpreting technical drawings accurately. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail.
