Job Summary:
Perform fullservice mobile detailing on a variety of vehicles, including luxury and highvalue cars. Maintain interior and exterior detailing according to Barwash standards and checklists. Represent the Barwash brand professionally while delivering highquality service at client locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform complete mobile detailing on customer vehicles.
Maintain detailing quality according to Barwash standards and checklists.
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and wellmaintained.
Communicate professionally with onsite clients.
Identify service needs or quality issues; report promptly to management.
Support continuous improvement of detailing processes and quality control.
Follow all safety, vehiclecare, supplyuse, and wateruse protocols.
Address customer concerns and special requests related to vehicle appearance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in car wash services, detailing, buffing, or custodial work; janitorial experience is a plus.
Strong customer service skills; able to communicate clearly and professionally.
Knowledge of vehicle cleaning products, tools, and techniques, including windowtinting processes.
Reliable transportation and consistent availability.
1-3 years of professional autodetailing experience required.
Experience with luxury or specialty vehicles and custom paints preferred.
Comfortable working independently in mobile environments.
High integrity, strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to follow established systems, scripts, and service standards.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record preferred.
