Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented part-time Remodeling Workers to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in transforming spaces through remodeling, interior design, and renovation projects. Your enthusiasm for craftsmanship, combined with strong organizational and communication skills, will help us deliver exceptional results to our clients. This position offers flexible hours and a chance to develop valuable skills in remodeling, retail sales, and customer service while working in a lively, team-focused environment. Duties Assist with remodeling projects including demolition, carpentry, painting, flooring, and finishing touches to ensure high-quality results Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to promote safety and efficiency Support inventory management by stocking supplies, tracking materials, and controlling tools Communicate clearly with team members and clients to ensure project timelines are met and expectations are exceeded Skills Supervising experience or leadership skills to coordinate tasks within the team effectively Knowledge of remodeling techniques and trades Multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients and team members Excellent customer service skills to address client needs professionally Leadership qualities with the ability to train and develop team members Effective communication skills paired with time management expertise for multitasking efficiently Administrative experience for documentation, reporting, and scheduling tasks A proactive attitude towards cleaning, safety protocols, and maintaining a productive work environment Encouraged to apply if you are honest, hard-working, and knowledgeable about remodeling skills, such as drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing outside house, repair repairs, etc. Join us if you're passionate about remodeling and interior design!
