We are a Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer and Inozetek Authorized Dealer specializing in premium automotive protection and customization. Our shop regularly works on Porsche, BMW M, Mercedes-AMG, Corvette, Tesla, exotic, collector, and other enthusiast vehicles. We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean, high-quality installation and can work independently. Responsibilities Install PPF on partial fronts, full fronts, track packages, and full vehicles Perform both pre-cut and bulk installations Properly wrap edges when possible Handle difficult panels, bumpers, mirrors, fenders, and complex body shapes Safely perform basic trim/emblem removal and reinstallation when required Inspect vehicles before and after installation Maintain a clean installation environment Minimize film waste and unnecessary material usage Work efficiently while maintaining premium-quality standards Assist with vinyl/color-change projects when qualified What We're Looking For Professional PPF installation experience Ability to complete installations with minimal supervision Strong attention to edges, alignment, contamination, stretch marks and finish quality Experience with premium and high-end vehicles Good understanding of vehicle disassembly/reassembly Reliable and detail-oriented Able to work as part of a small, quality-focused team Experience with Ceramic Pro/KAVACA, XPEL, STEK, SunTek or similar premium films is a plus. Vinyl wrap experience is also a plus, but PPF experience is the priority. Compensation $25-$35/hour depending on demonstrated experience, quality and production ability. Additional performance/production compensation is available for the right installer. We are willing to pay toward the higher end of the range for an installer who can independently handle full-front and full-body PPF installations at a high level.
