Part-Time to Full-Time (based on performance) About Us Rise Painting LLC dba Bellissimo Fine Finish is a high-end cabinet and millwork finishing shop in Pflugerville, TX. We deliver luxury-level finishes for custom cabinetry, millwork, and furniture in some of the Austin area's finest homes — with a focus on precision, organization, and efficiency. We've grown from a one-man shop into a small, tight-knit crew led by a hands-on owner. We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Shop Assistant to keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly. You'll work alongside the owner and our finishing team every day — and if you show initiative and promise, this role can grow into something much more. No experience is required — but hustle is.
Sweep, vacuum, wipe down surfaces, empty trash, and keep the finishing areas dust-free — a clean shop is what makes a flawless finish possible.
Spray Booth Support:
Help keep the booth, filters, and mixing station clean and ready between spray sessions.
Organizing & Restocking:
Keep tools and materials in order, track inventory, and flag low supplies before they run out.
General Labor & Support:
Move and stack cabinet doors and panels, receive and stage deliveries, basic tool upkeep.
Material Runs & Errands:
Pick up supplies around the Austin area as needed. Truck preferred. Mileage reimbursement provided. Optional /
Bonus:
Light carpentry or furniture assembly if you've got the skills.
