Apartment Setup Technician Job Description Are you someone who enjoys staying active, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your work at the end of each day? We're looking for an Apartment Setup Technician to help prepare fully furnished corporate apartments for incoming residents. This is a hands-on role that combines furniture delivery, apartment setup, inventory management, quality inspections, and light maintenance. If you have experience in moving, delivery, warehouse work, hospitality, property management, apartment turnovers, or general labor, we'd love to hear from you. Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends required. What You'll Do Deliver and install furniture, housewares, and other apartment essentials using company vehicles. Set up furnished apartments to company standards, ensuring every unit is move-in ready. Perform apartment inspections to verify cleanliness, quality, and completeness before resident arrival. Assemble furniture and make minor adjustments using basic hand tools. Track inventory, replenish supplies, and ensure apartments are properly stocked. Load, unload, and move furniture and household items safely using dollies and hand trucks. Assist with apartment turnovers, cleaning tasks, and quality checks. Document work and communicate with team members using mobile applications and Microsoft Office. Support residents, property staff, and team members with a professional and customer-focused attitude. Travel locally throughout the market to complete apartment setups and deliveries. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a 20-foot box truck. Experience in delivery, moving, warehouse, apartment turnover, property management, hospitality, logistics, or general labor preferred. Comfortable assembling furniture and using basic hand tools. Ability to lift and move furniture and household items safely. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Basic computer and mobile device skills. Preferred Experience Furniture delivery or box truck driving. Apartment maintenance or apartment turnover work. Warehouse, logistics, or inventory management. Hospitality, housekeeping, or hotel room setup. Moving services or furniture installation. Customer service experience. Quality inspections or inventory audits. Why Join Our Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
