Job Summary The Crew Member is responsible for assisting in the setup, installation, and arrangement of commercial spaces. This includes installing furniture, fixtures, artwork, and equipment while ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company and client standards. Key Responsibilities Projects Locate/load, and transport materials; pull items from multiple warehouse(s) as needed Assemble, repair, and install furniture Drive company vehicles to job sites and ensure safe transport of materials Follow layouts and instructions to accurately place furniture, artwork and accessories Maintain clean, safe work areas; remove debris and packaging after installations Inspect items, report damages or issues, and obtain customer sign-off upon completion Support warehouse inventory operations Administrative Complete timesheets Maintain company vehicles (fueling, cleaning, upkeep) Follow safety guidelines and company policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in installations, warehouse or inventory experience preferred Ability to read basic diagrams or layout instructions Strong organizational and time-management skills Basic mechanical or repair skills preferred Effective communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license required Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (50+ lbs) Frequent bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Comfortable working in various environments (warehouse, offices, commercial spaces, etc.) Work Environment On-site at client locations during installations (offices, commercial buildings, etc.) and in our Warehouse May require travel between job sites Schedule may occasionally include early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on project needs
