Position Overview Cabinets Core is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate - Kitchen Design & Cabinetry to join our growing team in Auburn, WA. In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners, contractors, and designers to create beautiful, functional kitchen spaces. You'll develop kitchen layouts using 2020 Design software, prepare project estimates, recommend products, and guide customers through every step of the remodeling process. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy working with people, and have an eye for design, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Design kitchen layouts using 2020 Design software. Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for customers. Assist clients in selecting cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, hardware, and other products. Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and consistent follow-up. Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Develop expert knowledge of Cabinets Core products and services. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project execution from design through installation. Maintain accurate customer records and project information. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (kitchen design, cabinetry, furniture, home improvement, or remodeling is a plus). Experience with 2020 Design software is preferred; training may be provided for the right candidate. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software. Passion for helping customers create beautiful living spaces.
