Our work is design-focused, made to last, and built entirely by hand for customers all over the country. We are looking for a reliable, motivated Shop Assistant to support our luxury furniture production team. This is a hands-on role in a shop environment where attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential. Prior woodworking or production knowledge is not required. Role Details Location

Key Responsibilities:
Shop Maintenance:
Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and free of debris.
Material Handling:
Safely moving, stacking, and organizing lumber and hardware.
Production Support:
Assisting various Department Leads with basic tasks and prep work as needed.
Safety:
Strict adherence to safety rules and guidelines with no exceptions.

Arriving on time, every day scheduled.

A strong willingness to learn and follow leadership's instructions.
