Job Description
We're looking to add an experienced paint protection film installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, cleanliness, and with proven hands-on experience. You will be responsible for installing ppf onto vehicles to a high standard, working primarily on newer, high-end cars in a clean, well-organized shop environment. Responsibilities Install paint protection film with excellent fit, finish, and consistency Work on high-end vehicles (Tesla, Porsche, luxury and performance brands) Properly prep vehicles and protect interiors/exteriors during installation Maintain a clean, organized work area Inspect finished work for quality and correct any issues before delivery Communicate professionally with management and team members Follow shop processes and quality standards Requirements 2+ years of professional paint protection film installation (required) Strong knowledge of film installation techniques Attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and professional Valid driver's license
