Furniture Sprayer/ Repairman

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Furniture Sprayer/Repairman to join our team. This role involves staining, applying finishes, repairing furniture, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Apply paint, stain, lacquer, or other finishes to furniture pieces using spray equipment and hand tools Repair damaged furniture by sanding, filling, and reassembling components Inspect furniture for defects and ensure all repairs meet quality standards Maintain and clean spray equipment and tools regularly Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for finishing materials Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations Skills Proven experience in furniture spraying, finishing, or repair work Ability to operate spray guns and related equipment efficiently Strong attention to detail and precision in finishing work Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts and delicate materials Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment This role is essential for maintaining the quality standards of our furniture products.
