Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Moving Lead to join our home staging team. This position involves training staff, coordinating safely moving, loading, unloading, and setting up furniture and décor in homes throughout the area.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all staff during staging, de-staging, and warehouse projects Assign tasks and ensure the crew works efficiently and safely Train new employees on moving procedures, furniture handling, staging standards, and safety Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members Ensure furniture and décor are handled carefully Conduct quality checks before leaving each property Ensure all items are accounted for and returned to the correct warehouse locations Communicate project updates, issues, and concerns to management Help maintain an organized and clean warehouse and staging vehicle Ensure company safety policies and procedures are followed Address employee performance or workflow concerns and report them to management Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude Assist with loading and unloading furniture and décor Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous moving, furniture, warehouse, home staging, or team leadership experience Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to train and motivate a team Able to safely lift and move heavy furniture Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
This is an active, physically demanding position that requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and moving furniture and other items.
Hours:
Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm appx. Some days may be longer than others so schedule flexibility is a must. Spring, Summer & Fall months 35+ hours per week. Winter months 25-35 hours per week.
Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
