Full-time Job Summary We are looking to add a reliable and motivated Shop Technician to our team. This position involves working both indoors and outdoors in a shop environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform trailer repairs, maintenance, and inspections Work on brakes, axles, bearings, wiring, lights, and suspension Diagnose and troubleshoot trailer issues Install trailer parts and accessories Perform general welding and fabrication as needed Operate shop equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Perform general shop tasks and equipment maintenance Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Work effectively as part of a team Perform other duties as needed to support the shop and dealership Qualifications Welding experience required Good communication skills Ability to work well with others Basic mechanical skills — training provided Ability to accurately read a measuring tape Dependable and detail-oriented Willingness to learn and take direction Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and work with your hands Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Benefits On-the-job training Paid time off Retirement plan Tools provided If you're a dependable, hardworking individual who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing the job right, we'd like to hear from you!
