Position Summary Responsible for performing assigned secondary operations Responsibilities Set up, adjust, and operate equipment used to complete the secondary operations Load and unload machines using a crane when required Follow recipe to prepare mixture for the secondary operation (i.e., mix Everlube and ethanal) Utilize precision instrumentation and gages to measure, examine or test product to conform to quality requirements Inspect product for compliance with product specifications. Check work pieces to ensure that they are properly lubricated or cooled Complete appropriate documentation to track production and quality outputs Maintain tools in proper operational condition Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings, or engineering information to determine methods or sequences of operations needed to finish products. Move completed parts to next manufacturing routes per standard work processes Contribute to HPT and participate in team-meetings.
