You can learn more at www.powill.com. This position is for either CNC Milling Machine Operator or CNC Lathe Machine Operator or CNC Grinder Machine Operator . The successful candidate will be responsible for the set up and operation of the multi-axis computer control machines, as well as inspecting their own parts. All CNC Machinists with a minimum of 2-year experience is encouraged to apply. Candidates with setup experience will be given advantaged consideration. Education and/or

Experience:

A minimum of two years in the shop or manufacturing area.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to industry safety standards. Set-up and operate CNC Milling or Lathe, or Grinding. Inspect Product while practicing quality assurance procedures. Perform in-process inspection as required to ensure 100% quality product. Manage tooling life, make adjustments, change offsets, and modify programs as needed. Retrieve appropriate tools from tool crib to complete job. Meet schedules and maintain quality standards.

The physical ability to stand, reach, lift, and concentrate on the job at hand. Must have adequate vision Able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Special Requirements:
