Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented person to join our team with an amazing aerospace manufacturer located off the I-17 and Camelback. Deburr Operator-LAM 1st Shift, $18•26/hr
Schedule:
M-F, 5:30 AM•2 PM or Deburr Operator 2nd Shift, $18•26/hr. plus $1/hr. shift differential
Schedule:
M-F, 2 PM
•10:30 PM.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Include the following; other duties may be assigned. Perform any combination of the following duties with direct supervision and on the job training for a minimum of six months. Complete Deburr operation per work order callout Complete any paperwork associated with their work instructions or job function. Perform work in all areas of shop as designated by supervision on an as needed basis. Keep work area clean at all times (5 S's)
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High school diploma or GED Acceptable aptitudes and communication skills Minimum Vision requirements; Near and far vision of 20/30 in both eyes corrected or uncorrected Manuel dexterity to handle small delicate parts and hand held standard measuring equipment at the same time Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Excellent communication and cooperation. Entry level position with little or no prior relevant work experience Acquires basic skills to perform routine entry level operator tasks to operate Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures Expected Specialized Training Height gage Digital Calipers Pi tape

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee successfully perform essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must frequently lift and or move up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to drive and operate a Forklift.
