In this role, you will be responsible for the precise grinding of internal and external diameters of components using advanced grinding equipment. Your expertise will ensure that all parts meet strict specifications and quality standards, contributing to the production of high-precision products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery in a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to excellence in manufacturing. Duties Operate and set up Manual or CNC (Computer Numerical Control) grinders, to achieve exact internal and external dimensions. Program CNC machines utilizing Fanuc controls to produce complex geometries with high accuracy. Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications, and manufacturing instructions to ensure precise grinding. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators to verify dimensions throughout the process. Apply mechanical knowledge and machining skills to troubleshoot issues, adjust tooling, and optimize grinding processes for maximum efficiency. Skills Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T principles, and mechanical tolerances. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges accurately. Basic math skills for calculations related to dimensions, tolerances, and machine settings.
