Machine shops across Southern California send us their aerospace parts for the last step before those parts ship
• deburring, edge breaking, blending, and hand finishing.

If we do our job right, the part is clean, the edges are correct, and it ships on time. We're growing and we need more hands at the bench.

WHAT YOU'D ACTUALLY DO

• Remove burrs and break edges on machined aerospace parts
• aluminum, stainless, titanium
• Hand deburring with files, stones, deburring blades and cutters, and rotary tools
• Buffing, blending, and hand finishing
• Microscope deburring on small and precision parts
• Keep parts clean, organized, and free of foreign material
• Check your own work before it leaves your bench

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Show up on time, every day. That's most of it.
• Steady hands and patience. This is detail work, not speed work.
• Willing to be taught our way of doing things
• Able to stand at a bench and stay focused through a shift
• Able to carry trays and crates of small parts, up to about 25 lbs
• 18 or older, and legally authorized to work in the United States

NO EXPERIENCE?

READ THIS. We will train you. Most of our best people had never touched an aerospace part before they walked in. If you're careful, you take direction, and you actually show up, we can teach you the rest. Starting pay $18.42/hr while you train, with raises as you get good.

EXPERIENCED?

READ THIS. If you've deburred aerospace parts before

• you know what a .005
• 015 break means, you're comfortable with a cutter and a buffing wheel, and especially if you can run a microscope
• you start at the top of our range and you won't spend three weeks proving it first.

Microscope deburring is the hardest thing we do and the skill we value most. Come in and show us on the bench. We move fast on the right person.
