Precision Deburr and Finishing Technician

Seeking a Precision Deburr Technician for our aerospace team! You will hand-finish high-precision parts to exact customer specs using specialized tooling. Requires 1+ year of metal deburring experience, blueprint reading skills, and ERP knowledge. Must be committed to 5S and quality excellence. High SchoolResponsibilities Hand Finishing:

Deburr and finish parts according to customer specifications using established procedures, machinery, and specialized tooling.

Quality Assurance:

Verify that all parts meet blueprint requirements and ensure components remain free from damage during processing.

Operational Support:

Coordinate daily production activities, including scheduling, planning, and participating in status updates with leadership.

Continuous Improvement:

Actively participate in the planning and execution of 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate job data and documentation within the ERP system.

Qualifications Required:

Experience deburring and hand-finishing precision parts using specialized shop machinery. Proficiency in coordinating daily production workflows and scheduling. Working knowledge of ERP systems and basic Microsoft Office applications. Commitment to 5S standards, workplace cleanliness, and health/safety guidelines. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and remain on feet for extended periods.

Preferred:

At least one year of experience deburring metal components in an aerospace job-shop environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints. strong shop math skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel to customer locations or other company sites as needed.
