Brooks Brothers Cabinetry, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time experienced finisher to join our Colorado Springs team. At least three years of spraying doors, trim, and cabinets is desired for this position. On-the-job training will get you up to speed on our processes, but basic finishing skills are needed upon hire (E.G. staining, glazing, painting, toning, sanding and top coating). Experience with different sprayers is great, we currently use air assist pumps and cup guns. Candidate will also be responsible for reading schematic drawings to ensure finish is applied accurately across every part in the project. Maintaining a system of organization that allows you to keep inventory of incoming and outgoing product will be most desired. Other job duties include wrapping/labelling finished product, maintenance of equipment/facilities, and setting the next member of the production line up for success.
