Job Description
Remove micro burrs from milled and/or turned components in accordance with established procedures and quality standards Collaborate with machinists and engineers to develop, refine, and implement improved deburring techniques and processes Operate heat treat furnace equipment by following defined processes and safety procedures Inspect incoming parts to verify conformance to specifications, drawings, and quality requirements Support additional production or operational tasks as assigned to meet business needs Maintain flexibility to work overtime as required by production demands, in accordance with Colorado state law and company policy Availability to work swing shift or split shift schedules as required by production needs
