Job Description

Remove micro burrs from milled and/or turned components in accordance with established procedures and quality standards Collaborate with machinists and engineers to develop, refine, and implement improved deburring techniques and processes Operate heat treat furnace equipment by following defined processes and safety procedures Inspect incoming parts to verify conformance to specifications, drawings, and quality requirements Support additional production or operational tasks as assigned to meet business needs Maintain flexibility to work overtime as required by production demands, in accordance with Colorado state law and company policy Availability to work swing shift or split shift schedules as required by production needs
Skills:
Ability to work for extended periods using a microscope while maintaining focus and precision Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to the highest quality standards Strong manual dexterity for handling and manipulating small, delicate components Excellent hand-eye coordination Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and production needs Basic understanding of machining processes preferred Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role preferred Proactively identifies and questions inconsistencies or potential errors Capable of following both written and verbal instructions accurately Comfortable navigating computer systems and web-based applications
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Pay:
$20.00 - $22.50 per hour
