Grinding and Surface Grinding are different positions that are needed. if you are able to do 2 or more of these positions you would be worth more $ We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Operator specializing in O.D. (Outside Diameter) Grinding, I.D. (Inside Diameter) Grinding, and Surface Grinding. In this role, you will be responsible for precision grinding operations that shape, finish, and refine metal components to meet strict specifications and quality standards. Your expertise will ensure the production of high-quality parts used across various industries, contributing to the overall efficiency and excellence of our manufacturing process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced grinding equipment and develop your technical skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willing to hire for each position. Duties Set up and operate O.D., I.D., and Surface grinding machines according to detailed specifications and blueprints Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy Adjust machine settings to achieve optimal surface finish and tolerances during the grinding process Monitor machine operation for any irregularities or malfunctions, performing routine maintenance as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Document production data, inspection results, and machine adjustments accurately in logs or reports Collaborate with quality control teams to resolve any issues related to part specifications or defects Experience Proven experience operating O.D., I.D., and Surface grinding machines in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong understanding of precision measurement tools and techniques for quality assurance Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions Knowledge of safety protocols related to grinding equipment and metalworking processes Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality finished products Prior experience with troubleshooting machine issues and performing basic maintenance is preferred Familiarity with various types of grinding wheels, abrasives, and coolant systems is advantageous Join us in delivering top-tier precision parts through expert grinding techniques! Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
