Independently set-up 750 partsformer OR either FXP partsformer at standard rate. Independently troubleshoot and correct all machinery and process problems. Effectively document tooling usage/consumption Maintain a clean and organized area; Follow housekeeping expectations Perform necessary preventative maintenance on machines as required. Move, load and unload materials as necessary. Deposit scrap items in designated area. Use die sets, material handling equipment, overhead cranes, automation feeder, and hand tools and various inspection devices. Perform tool changes as required. Perform material handling activities using equipment, including forklifts, according to appropriate guidelines and procedures. Maintain correct concentration of soap to washer. Retrieve coils from stock and load onto parts former as necessary. Transport slugs to scales for weigh-in/inventory. Maintain quality of production using SPC methods at all machines, make any necessary machine adjustments. Perform necessary recordkeeping and paperwork. Includes, but not limited to, Day By Hour Chart, Tooling logs, LROC transactions, and MES entries Help train and assist operators as required. Participate in team problem solving as part of the departmental continuous improvement process. Use various testing devices and chemicals according to appropriate guidelines and procedures.
