Responsibilities Set up, operate, and program CNC tool grinders for various cutting tools Sharpen and recondition precision tooling to meet customer specifications Interpret blueprints accurately to complete jobs Work with a variety of materials including metal, wood, and plastics Manage workload independently and contribute to team projects Share knowledge and support a culture of excellence within the team Potential for leadership opportunities as the company expands Requirements Minimum 5 years of CNC machining or tool grinding experience Preferential consideration for candidates with tool grinding background Knowledge of tooling, machine setup, and blueprint reading Self-driven, reliable, and collaborative team player Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment Fluency in Polish is a bonus Local candidates preferred Benefits $28•40/hour based on experience Opportunity for overtime pay Annual performance bonus Full benefits package with 401(k) matching Consistent 1st shift schedule for work-life balance Friendly team environment with room for growth
