Must have blueprint reading with physical ability to able to work with heavy parts as well as small parts. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in machining where you can build a career. This is a 1st position with a 6:00 am to 2:30pm start. Responsibilities Assist machinists with polishing, finishing, and deburring machined parts to meet strict quality standards. Operate and set up various shop tools and equipment Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to ensure accurate finishing processes. Use precision measurement instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensions and ensure compliance with GD&T standards. Handle materials safely and efficiently, including materials handling and packaging finished products for shipment or assembly. Requirements Preferred experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment with knowledge of shop math and blueprint reading. Ability to operate industrial equipment Experience with precision measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other dimensional measurement instruments would be a plus. Good communication skills for interpreting technical documents and collaborating with team members.
