IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR DEBURRING TECHNICIAN
  • 1ST & 2ND SHIFT
  • $20/HOUR 1st and 2nd shift schedules available. Pay $20
  • 25 (can be higher with experience) Job Description This role focuses on deburring small metal parts and connectors in a clean aerospace manufacturing environment.
You will work at a bench using both motorized and manual tools to remove burrs, visually inspect your work, and help maintain a steady production flow in a fast-paced setting. No prior deburring experience is required, as full training is provided. Responsibilities Deburr small metal parts and connectors to meet quality and finish standards. Use a motorized buffing wheel to remove burrs from parts after receiving proper training. Work at a bench using small hand tools such as knives, files, and brushes to remove burrs and smooth edges. Use a large magnifying glass or microscope, depending on the part, to inspect and deburr components accurately. Operate a simple rock tumbling machine by loading parts, starting the machine, unloading parts, and repeating the process as needed. Visually inspect all completed work to ensure it meets required specifications and quality expectations. Follow written and verbal instructions carefully to complete tasks correctly and consistently. Maintain a steady work pace in a fast-paced production environment while meeting productivity and quality goals. Support general labor, production, and assembly tasks related to deburring as needed. Essential Skills Ability to use small hand tools such as knives, files, and brushes safely and effectively. Good manual dexterity to handle small parts and perform precise deburring work. Strong attention to detail to identify and remove burrs and imperfections. Ability to train and follow instructions accurately, including step-by-step processes. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Ability to perform visual inspection of parts using magnifying glasses or microscopes. Willingness and ability to work extended hours, including 10-hour days Monday through Friday and 5 hours on Saturdays. Capability to perform light-duty work without heavy lifting. No prior deburring experience required; candidates will receive full training.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred:
Some experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
Preferred:
Experience working in an industrial environment with repetitive tasks. Interest in learning deburring, production, and general labor processes. Comfort using basic production equipment such as rock tumbling machines. Ability to communicate effectively, with flexibility for different language skills, including speaking-only proficiency. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
  • $25.
00/hr.
