Job Description
Monitor daily production schedules and track job progress against established shipping deadlines Proactively identify potential delays, material shortages, or capacity constraints and escalate as needed Collaborate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to resolve issues impacting delivery timelines Maintain accurate and up-to-date status reporting for all active jobs and orders Communicate schedule updates and changes to internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner Coordinate priority orders and ensure expedited handling where required Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions Assist in maintaining system accuracy (ERP/MRP) related to job status, order tracking, and inventory availability Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements Qualifications High school diploma 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain coordination preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
