Job Description
We're hiring operators for our traveling crushing crew. This is not a local 9-to-5. You'll be on the road 2-3 weeks at a time, living in a company-provided RV at campgrounds, doing outdoor work. If you like operating equipment and want to travel while you work — this is the job. Positions Mobile grinding/crusher machine operator Excavator operator What We Provide Competitive hourly wage Per diem on top of your wage while traveling Company RV to live in at campgrounds Transportation provided Travel assignments typically 2-3 weeks at a time What You'll Be Doing Operating a mobile grinding/crushing machine on job sites Operating an excavator as part of the crew Loading, feeding, and supporting operations Working outdoors Doing physical, hands-on work around equipment, debris, and job sites Helping keep equipment running and the crew moving Staying on the road with the crew for 2—3 week stretches What We're Looking For Willingness to travel 2-3 weeks at a time Comfort living in an RV at campgrounds Ability to handle physical work Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work long days Experience operating equipment is a strong plus Pluses Experience operating a mobile grinder or crusher or similar machine Excavator experience Mechanical skills / ability to help keep equipment running Previous construction, demolition, recycling, or outdoor labor experience Who This Job Is For This role is for people who: Like being on the road Don't mind living in an RV for 2-3 weeks at a time Prefer running equipment over sitting in an office Can handle dirt, noise, weather, and hard work Want per diem + lodging + transportation taken care of If you need to be home every night, this is not the job.
